Unable to Transmit Returns

I've added in information from my 1095-A but it keeps telling me to revisit the information.

Was under employer health insurance for majority of 2019.  Between Oct 2019 and Dec 2019 I was on a Health Insurance Marketplace plan. Columns A, B, & C for rows 21-29 all have 0 in them. Despite accurately inputting this information, I am not able to e-file. Please help!

In a similar situation. Have only one entry on the 1095A form and it will not send. Is there a way or do I have to Mail it in?? Have already paid for the state e-file. Will I be able to e-file that or do I get a refund??
