Unable to save file

After import last year tax return, and answering fe question on current year status, contrl-S to save return file with default name, need help because the app returns, saying unable to save it

Try saving the file to another drive.

I am unable to add more than 5 states Tax returns, but I have 7 states I need to file taxes in. Is there a way to add 2 more states?
