I am unable to reinstall the downloaded 2022 TurboTax file in order to view my unviewable tax file already in computer and got the notice : “The file '_fdp.01_ws_8643f_sfpdtt_idf_smrof ' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data 1.cab' . This could indicate a network error, an error reading from CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.” Please help .

Hi,

I did follow the instruction: Turned off antivirus, disconnected USB external hard drive. However, I still got the problem before : Turbo Tax 2022_ "The file_ 'fdp.01_ws_8643f_sfpdtt_idf_smrof' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data1.cab' . This could indicate a network error , an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with the package." Then the reinstallation stopped. Help .
