Unable to reactivate Turbotax Desktop

I installed and activated TurboTax Home and Business on my laptop but now I have new laptop that I tried to activate the software but it says the product key was already tied to another account even though I log into the same account as I used on my old laptop. 

How do I recover my account and activate the software on my new PC?
