Hello,
I'm using Turbotax deluxe for desktop (windows). While importing tax documents from Robinhood I got an error. (screenshot below)
1. I selected "Robinhood - Markets" at the brokerage selection.
2. For 9 Digit Robinhood Account #, I copy-pasted the account number from the tax form I downloaded from Robinhood. It has exactly 9 digits.
3. For 11 Digit Document ID, I also copy-pasted from the tax form. It has exactly 11 letters (numbers and alphabet letters mixed).
Did I do something wrong? Or is this a bug?
Thank you!

I found why. Here I leave the solution.
Previously I copy-pasted the account number and document ID, but they should not be copy-pasted from PDF. I think it showed the same texts in eyes, but not in reality.
When I typed one-by-one manually, I was able to import the tax document.

Didn't work for me
If you're using TurboTax Online, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies each time you try to import. If this applies, you can attach a PDF copy of your 1099-B to your return. Choose Sales Section Totals, and you'll come to a screen where you can browse to your PDF (or drag and drop).
If you're using TurboTax Desktop, some brokers require that you enable 'third party access' in your broker account to successfully import. Make sure both Windows and TurboTax are updated, and temporarily disable all anti-virus programs (including modem, if that applies).
If you can give details about what type of error you receive when trying to import, we'll try to help.
Here's How to Enter a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions as another option.
