Unable to import forms from financial institution

When I try to import a form, it opens a tab for that institution. Then I type my credentials and I get the message that the import was successful and I should go back to TT. However TT screen is still stuck at 'Skip import' or 'Continue' screen. If I hit 'continue' it takes me back to opening a tab and typing my credentials. if I hit 'skip import' I do not see any imported forms.

Pl. help; this has been driving me crazy

not sure if this is the only problem you're having but you need to set browser permissions to allow the import, see
