Unable to file taxes due to form 4506

Hello, I have been attempting to e-file my tax return but I keep getting the message "Check This Entry.  Form 4506: At least one year or period must be requested.  Period to request copy of __________". 

It is my understanding that Form 4506 is a request for a copy of a return.  However, I don't want or need to request a copy of a tax return.  How do I get rid of this message and/or so that I can file my e-return?  Thank you.

How do I delete a tax form in the TurboTax CD/Download software?

Windows instructions

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account
2. Switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon
3. From the menu, select the form you want to remove
4. After the form is generated in the right pane, select the Delete Form button
5. Follow any onscreen instructions to remove the form or forms

Mac instructions

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account
2. Switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon
3. From the menu, select the form you want to remove (if you don't see it, select Open Form at the top)
4. From the Forms menu, select Remove [form name]
5. Follow any onscreen instructions to remove the form or forms

How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?

Here's the general procedure for viewing a list of all the forms in your return and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to TurboTax and open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form
4. Select Delete next to the form, schedule, and worksheet in the list and follow the instructions
