Unable to enter W2 data

After importing last year's return and doing the personal information, TT would like to collect W2 data.  It recommends attempting to import from a photo of the W2, but the image of the W2 (in JPEG) format is grayed out and I'm not able to select it.

 

After canceling out of the file picker and selecting the manual entry tile, I'm unable to enter any data -- the Continue button is unresponsive.

 

This is on macOS (Sonoma 14.4.1).

Unable to enter W2 data

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

Unable to enter W2 data

Thanks for the suggestions. I’m not using the web version of TT. Saving and restarting made manual W2 entry possible, but not selecting an image to scan. According to TT when I installed it was up to date. That was about 30 minutes prior to encountering the problem.
