Unable to enter value in form 7203

Hello,

I am attempting to fill out the form 7203 line 8a for Nondeductible Expenses, but it appears that the field is not editable.

I am able to enter values for 3a-3L without any issues.

Does anyone know if the form is buggy or am I doing something wrong?

Enter Nondeductible expenses in Stock and Debt Basis Limitations Smart Worksheet under the Current Year Amount.

The amount flows to line 8a.
