On the last edit page before filing one section is red. It is the one that says "Signature e-filing PIN or date of birth needed".
I completed the return on 3/14 and by accident realized it never went through. It is a return for my dad and step-mother who both died of COVID at the end of 2021. I put in the PIN that I thought was correct for him and his date of birth. Not sure what might be wrong there but there is no continue button so something is not progressing.
