Unable to efile state after efiling the federal

There is a bug in Turbo Tax windows version. I efiled my federal and it was accepted. Then I tried to efile my state, but the software kept telling me to efile my federal together. I was lead back to the page with "federal was transmitted" message. What a technical failure! So the state efile for $25 is a one-time deal? I don't even consider that as a good deal.

Seeing this same issue as well - once the Fed return is showing as accepted and I try to e-file the state return, I get an error which shows:

Stuck and cannot proceed - I do not want to mail this...
