Unable to download Deluxe 2023 Turbotax; Mac OS does not meet v12.0 min

After 20+ years of using Turbo Tax, my 2017 MacBook Pro did not accept the Intuit download as the Mac OS Big Sur 11.7 DOES NOT meet Intuit requirement of Mac OS 12.0 or higher.  Kindly extend me a refund for the $70 cost of Turbotax.  I will delete the program per Intuit instructions.
