Unable to download 1099R from TIAA

Was happy to see TIAA retirement listed this year for the first time because I get 6 1099Rs each year from them! Even though the forms have been available on TIAA's web site since mid-January, I get the message from TurboTax that they will not be available for downloading until May 18, 2021. Clearly this is absurd. TIAA doesn't seem interested in this problem and tells me I must contact TurboTax. Help please!
