I have been able to access my 2021 files with no problem until I installed Turbo Tax 2022, now all of a sudden I need a password to import any file in to this years Turbo Tax. I never put a password on any of the files never have in all the years I have used Turbo Tax. If I try the answer security question there is no question on a blank answer box.

Thank you for your reply. But my issue is for the desktop file version and not an online account.
