Uber income in different state
I drove for Uber while I lived in Florida (No state income tax), but I moved to Georgia and ceased driving for Uber. I entered my 1099 and It's penalizing me on my Georgia state tax/refund. How can I fix this.

You must indicate that you were a PART YEAR resident of Georgia. You will be able to "allocate" (assign) income to Georgia and you enter 0 for the Uber income earned in Florida.

Normally you would file a part year return in each state you lived in but Florida does not have an income tax so what you earned in Florida as a Florida resident is not taxed and be sure NOT to file a Florida return in Turbo Tax.
