Hello,
I filed two scheduled C’s in the first two years of running my business, but for the year 2021 I have combined them when offer to my clients and a package deal. Can I now just do one schedule C’s or do I have to continue file two?

If you have 2 LLC's, you may have to file both schedule c's, depending on the state and if they mandate a tax return. Another reason you would have to prepare 2 forms, is if both LLCs received a 1099 under the Employer Identification Number.
If both businesses of sort are under you social security number and does not have an employer identification number, you can file the 1 schedule c.
Thank You for responding.
I only have one LLC
If your "packaged" services are now 2 service lines (related activities) within the same company, you only need to report 1 Schedule C for your LLC. If you are providing 2 completely different unrelated business activities, but are providing a discount for customers who participate in both activities, you will need to continue reporting the separate lines of business on separate Schedule Cs on your return.
