We received two Forms 1095-A because I reported my husband's raise to the ACA and our plan was changed. On the older form, it has $0 in all columns of Part III for January thru September. And on the newer form, it has $0 in all columns of Part III for November and December. Do I make two separate entries of this in the interview on TurboTax?

YES ... you must enter each form separately because they have different numbers in box 2 and leave the columns with no amounts in them blank ... do NOT enter in place holding zeros. After you enter the first form the option to enter another will be presented.
Thank you! I assumed, but want to make sure. LOL
