I’ve created two accounts and one has be filed but it doesn’t have my W2’s on there but my other account does how do I cancel the first account and use the second one

They rejected it on one and w-2 wasn't on the 1stone

You can't delete your account but you can clear it and start over.

How do I clear and start over in TurboTax Online?
