You should be able to find the IRS mailing address by clicking on this link and go to the last page of 2023 Form 1040 instruction, https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040gi.pdf.  Where to mail your tax return depends on your location as well as whether or not you owe taxes.

When you print the return and worksheets, there is usually a document on Where to mail the returns.

Where to Mail Your Federal Return

For state returns, you need to check your State Department of Revenue website to get the address you will need to mail your state return. You can go here and select your state and it will take you to their contact page.
