So I apply for the TT refund advance on 1/21, and I never received any information about the advance no email or anything. Now I called TT on 1/22 and the first person told me that I was never approved or it wasn't advance refund application wasnt accepted, even after I open a credit karma account. The second person told me that even though my taxes was accepted by the IRS, since it won't be process it until the 29 of Jan, I won't get an advance refund. It shows on my tax forms that I apply for the advance refund, and that my refund will be going into the credit karma account. If that was the case I would have never open a new credit karma account only to run around not get an answer on why I wasn't approve or not approve for the rapid refund advance. It just mind numbing that they don't give me a direct answer.
Have anyone else have this problem?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
If you were approved for the advance and your return was accepted during the early testing period, then you should receive the advance within 48 hours.
You might need to contact Credit Karma to see if you were approved.
