TurboTax won't upload return

I've done my taxes with Turbotax 2022, version 2022.r25.055. But Turbotax won't upload the return, I'm stuck at "Review Your New York Filing Info" which has only two buttons to change something and a "back" button – no way to move forward and actually upload the return.

There are three further steps - "Payment," "Review" and "File" which I can't get to.

Have you verified you have administrator rights as described here?
