Turbotax won't upload coinbas pro CSV, wheel keeps spinning

When I upload a CSV from Coinbase Pro (which ITT says is supported), the upload progress never changes, the wheel keeps spinning. It never accepts or rejects it so I don't know what to change.

In TurboTax Online, at the screen Select your crypto experience, are you importing the CSV file from Coinbase Pro or are you uploading it from your computer?  This option may be helpful.

• Select Try another way.
• At the screen Select your crypto experience, select Upload it from my computer.  Click Continue.
• At the screen What's the name of the crypto service you used?, select Other.
• Enter Coinbase Pro into the Name.  Select the CSV type.  Click Continue.
• At the screen Go ahead and upload your crypto CSV file, upload the CSV file.

I have seen cases where the upload has been successful.  Hope this helps.
