Turbotax Won't Transmit Returns

I'm trying to E-file a federal tax return and a state tax return (using Turbotax Deluxe download). When I click on 'Transmit Returns Now,' a 'Transmitting Return' message pops up. However, Turbotax never gets through the 'Transmitting Return' stage; it just hangs. I've done this many times. Very buggy; very frustrating. Any idea about how to get around this problem/bug?

Try deleting your cookies, clearing your cache and rebooting. If that doesn't work, use a different web browser. See the following:

Thanks. But this doesn't apply to my situation, i.e., I'm using the download/desktop version of Turbotax (not the online/web version of Turbotax).

right now, everyone who waited till the last minute  is TRANSMITTING.

Thx. I pretty much always file this late. In using TurboTax for more than two decades, this has never happened. Thx again.

I am experiencing similar bug. I got the federal transmitted but the state keeps crashing. I can't even print or save as pdf. How did you fix this?
