TurboTax won't load or start

On my laptop I have TT 2023, 2024 & 2025. Only 2023 will start and run. 2024 just recently stopped working after a year. I just downloaded 2025 and it too won't start or run. I uninstalled and reinstalled both with restarts  but get the same result. My laptop recently took an Windows 11 update. Could this be related ? If so why does 2023 still work ?

You can try these steps:

• For 2024/2025 versions, you may need to temporarily disable your antivirus, update Windows, or reinstall the software. 
• You can try running as Administrator.  Click the red logo.
• TurboTax desktop issues can be caused by corrupt Microsoft Visual C++
  • Go to Control Panel 
  • Programs and Features
  • locate all Microsoft Visual C++ packages (2015-2022)
  • right-click each, 
    • select Change, 
    • And then Repair. 
  • Restart your computer afterward.
• If you just installed it, right-click the installer, 
  • choose Properties, 
  • and "Unblock" it.
