TurboTax will not let me file

TurboTax tells me I have an error on my state taxes.  I try to fix it and it keeps changing it back, and keeps telling me I have an error.  I try to file anyway and it won't let me.

Error:  Schedule E (Schedule E, Copy 1): Desc of Other Property-1 should not be entered unless property is classified as other.

I try to removed the description, but it keeps putting it back.
