Turbotax was supposed to file my state returns when forms were finalized but I just got notice from the state that this wasn't done. How can I pick up where I left off?

Sounds like you neglected /forgot to go back in to your account and e-file when the forms were ready. TurboTax does not file it for you. The only way to file a past year return now is by mail, so you will need to print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it to the state.

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
