Here are a few suggestions for slow TurboTax Premier updates:

Confirm internet speed and stability (if a lot of other people are on the wi-fi this can slow it down, too).
Temporarily disable VPNs
Run TurboTax as Administrator (Windows): right‑click TurboTax > Run as administrator.
