Turbotax Tool says form 8915-f is now avaiable, but still can't file.

Hello,

So I've been trying to knock out mine and my wife's 2024 tax return however i've been running into this irritating issue today. When i go to the Turbotax form lookup tool, it say's that form 8915-f is available for e-file yet whenever i attempt to go through the questions and prompts after entering in my 1099-r it says that the form isn't ready yet for a 2024 Qualified disaster distribution.

Thinking this could simply be a glitch, i deleted my 1099-r and re-added everything manually hoping that would work, but it didn't. I'm stuck on this last thing and am unable to file.

Any help would be appreciated!

Form 8915-F is not yet available, it's expected on Feb. 18.  Here's a link to check Forms Availability.

Well now it’s still not available-Rather it is but everyone’s still getting the same you can’t file message. So what now? Enraged, honestly. The stupid link you posted doesn’t work either. I’m about to take my business somewhere else after about 20 years with TurboTax. This is such BS.

I have heard that, though the form has been made available in TurboTax, it is still not ready for filing and may not be until sometime in March. Community Management is checking with developers for an update.
