TurboTax support over the phone/chat/email

Hi, what kind of support that Intuit/TurboTax provides to the customers? I purchased the Premier edition, and thus far have no clue how to contact the support for few questions about tax returns, and only depend on the community.

I paid estimated tax of 6758$ on April 15,2025 for 2024 taxes. I added the same amount as Estimated taxes in the turbotax. However it is still showing that I am due 6758.
