Turbotax seems not to be working

I've used Turbotax for years, few if any problems. This year, when I enter data, it doesn't show up in the summary page or in the "amount owed" calculation. When I go back the page where I entered data, it's still there. Somehow it isn't connected with the rest of the program. I tried quitting and starting over, same result. (And I have twice reached out to Intuit describing the problem, with no reply.) I'm using a Mac Mini with current OS. Any suggestions?
