TurboTax says Form 2210 will be fixed in "an update in early February". It has not been fixed. When will Form 2210 be fixed?

(TurboTax does not allow you to leave Box C unchecked:  "Check to have the IRS figure the penalty...".  TurboTax already calculated the penalty, it just won't allow you to use it until this update, which did not occur in early February.
