Turbotax redirecting me to license activation Sonoma

Turbotax 2023 continues to redirect me to the license activation sign in. I completed my state taxes. Logged out, and attempted to run program again. Can log in, but will not activate. I get the error message that the key is associated with another account.

If the TurboTax program is installed on the computer you are working on, just click the TurboTax icon to open the program.

If you have already been working in the program, your return will show and you just click on it to continue working.

You don't need to Sign In anywhere when using the desktop program.

You can skip the first Registration Page.

So I load up the program on the mac desktop, and it verifies everything is up to date, then it directs me to the license code activation screen. It does show that I'm signed in. How do I skip the activation screen?

Hi Marilyn, I completed my taxes, so the license has already been activated. At this point, when I open the program, it asks me for the activation key, and when I key in the code, it tells me "This license code is already linked to another account"
