TurboTax: Probably won't use this again

I've used another tax preparation product for years, but now that I have rental property I thought TurboTax would help me better.  The other product would show me exactly where I was on the tax form being filled out.  The only way I found to see that in TurboTax was to download the return when I was finished, and look at it outside of TurboTax.  Even when I wanted to get to the form on-line, and download it, it was a challenge.   I assume the tax calculation software is good, but the user interface made simple tasks hard.

I wanted to submit feedback.  Finally figured I could post on this community forum.  Not only could I not figure out how to do this myself, it took 20 min for the support person to get me here.  Not her fault, bad site design.  This was after going through an interaction with a phone interface which could not recognize any of the things I asked for, but balked at connecting me to a human being.

If you used one of the online versions of TurboTax, you might want to try using a desktop (installed) version since you would be able to take advantage of the latter's support for Forms Mode (which many find absolutely invaluable).
