TurboTax Premier. cannot complete download

[Not a happy camper]

I purchased cd and went to InstallTurboTax.com.  I signed in to my account (have done this since 2017) I entered my license information and it had 2 MAC or desktop I clicked my and clicked on download.  NOTHING HAPPENED........I was told to change my password.  I followed the instructions and logged back into my account.  and  it shows 2023 TurboTax Premier with a note start download....tried again and when i got to the 2 dots and selected my need NOT MAC...hit download it said that the product code had already been used on another one of my accounts (aha did i change that password as i was instructed to do and lose access to the download?
