Turbotax populating in Section A of Form 8283 for a donation greater than $5000

Why is Turbotax (Desktop version)  populating Section A of Form 8283 (for donated property less than $5000) when the value of my donation (automobile) is greater than $5000.  Turbotax should be populating Section B of Form 8283 (for donated property over $5000).

Why is it doing this and how can I get it to populate Section B of Form 8283?
