Turbotax online 2023 tax information not transferring for tax year 2024

I've been using Turbotax online for my business for years. When I logged in this year to complete my 2024 taxes, I noticed that my business name is incorrect and I am unable to access last year's tax information. I used the same username as last year when I logged in. It's impossible to speak to a Turbotax agent on the phone so I thought I'd try this way. I'm considering switching to a different tax service this year since I can't get any help with this issue.
