I can not add a W2 blank worksheet on Turbotax running on Windows 11

Please clarify.  Are you trying to enter a W-2 in Forms mode or trying to enter a W-2 using the interview in TurboTax?

This issue may be that you are not running the TurboTax program as an administrator.

Save the tax return and then close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and then on OK

Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists.

Also, verify that you are using the latest release.

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen

Click on Check for Updates

What do you mean “a BLANK W2 worksheet”?  Are you trying to enter a W2 in Forms mode or prepare a W2 to give to someone else?

Yes, I am trying to enter a new W2 in Turbo tax.  Clicked on Open form - W2 - shows list of prior year W2s, Screen appears choose form the list or Click to add new. I did this but it's not doing anything.  Thanks.

I right clicked on TT icon, it's already on the run as an administrator mode. Not able to add new W2 form
