I paid over $100 to Turbotax to get my taxes done right, and they were rejected when I filed them because of a missing document. Now I have two pending charges on my card that I don't have the money for waiting until it goes through. Shouldn't this be thorough enough, especially when we are paying so much money, for it to go through correctly the first time? Then when I called and tried to get help, I had no way of getting through to a live person, regardless of how many questions I asked. Anyone know how to get through to a real life person?
