TurboTax never loads, I login successfully, then all I see is a screen saying "Creating an experience that’s all about you ..." It never goes past that screen.

Had the same problem earlier today as apparently are a lot of other people. Support confirmed it is a known website problem and she hoped it would be resolved by tonight or tomorrow. Now I can blame my procrastination on Turbotax!
