It's Premier for Windows (bought and downloaded from Amazon), with two states (Colorado non-resident (for which I used the one included state) and California resident (which was bought from within the TurboTax)).
Federal and Colorado data had been entered fine.
But on the third step in entering California info - at "California Mortgage and Home Equity Interest" page - it crashes when I click "Continue". So, no way to finish the tax return.

Found a solution. Right-click TurboTax 2019 icon, select "Properties", then on "Compatibility" tab, select "Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7". After next TurboTax restart, the problem disappeared.
