I agree. The tech support people act like having customers is a problem they just should not have to deal with - I guess they are supposed to get paid to read a book all day or something instead of actually getting trained to help! Why do businesses in this day and age forget that repeat customers year after year is a good thing and they should try to keep them instead of viewing them as a nuisance?
