Turbotax is not generating Form 8962 after I entered the copy of Form 1095-A. Where do I find this Form 8962 filled out?

I can’t believe Turbo tax just skipped this step!! It’s an obvious Glitch in their program!! If I had not known I needed to do this, I’d have ended up filing a bad return! This years software is substandard!! ! I’m not using next year!! Thank you for your expertise.
