For taxable income of $61,643, the tax table says the tax owed is $9,497. Turbo Tax is calculating it to be $16,083. Help! Please see the attached files of calculated tax as well as the tax tables

That screen shot does not give you the full story. You need to look at your actual tax return in order to know what is going on with your "Federal taxes you owe".
Federal taxes you owe includes income tax, but it can also include other taxes as well. Go to Forms Mode (by clicking that option in the upper right corner of your screen) in your return and look at Form 1040 as well as Schedule 4 to learn more about what other taxes are being included in the Federal taxes you owe.
The income tax portion of the taxes you owe would be the only portion that may be calculated from the tax tables. Even that may be calculated on a worksheet instead depending on the income that you have reported.
