TurboTax indicated I had an underpayment penalty and would need to use form 2210...

...but I "finished" and filed my taxes and was not prompted to pay a penalty or complete form 2210. I had though It would have saved with the entire Federal download.

When I did a search for information this is what I found:

• Search for Form 2210: Use the search bar at the top of the TurboTax screen. Type "Form 2210" and select the option to jump to that section.
• Answer Questions: TurboTax will guide you through a series of questions to determine if you need to file Form 2210, which is used to calculate any penalties for underpayment of estimated tax.
• Complete the Form: If required, TurboTax will automatically fill out the form based on your answers and calculations.

Shouldn't have TurboTax have automatically filled out this form and downloaded it with my other tax forms, based on all the information I had supplied? I downloaded the form from the federal tax website. The form looks quite involved.
