Here is the info I have so far. (Still investigating)
1)First, I don't think it has any effect in calculating this year numbers.
2) The problem I'm seeing is in TurboTax 2023 Home & Business edition(can't say on other versions).
I have the 2022 version as well.
I did a second import (creating a second tax return) just to verify something didn't get fixed already. The problem is in the section " PERSONAL --> Personal Income" and then the section Interest and Dividends.
The number that show up as 2022 history don't match for 1099-INT & 1099 -DIV (The other 2 sections I can't comment since they are 0)
I had both 2022 and 2023 open to verify that the number didn't transfer over correctly. Not sure how it's coming up with the number. All the other history info in other sections / tabs seem to transfer with the correct numbers from the previous year.
I still plan on looking at the forms in deeper detail to verify it isn't causing any calculation problems
I just wasn't sure if you have hear of this or not??
