TurboTax has no option to fully complete Form 8936 Schedule A. Will my return be accepted with incomplete information?

I have tried several times to reenter the information required for Form 8936 Schedule A but TurboTax seems to have no ability to enter or solve for this and I can't seem to fill it in manually anywhere. Will this cause my return to not be accepted by the IRS? Below is a screenshot of part if Form 8936 Schedule A, after having completed the entire TurboTax preparation process, with several items not being checked as "No" and lines 14, 15, and 17 not being completed at all. There is no prompt to complete these lines in the system and it is not being caught as an error. What should I do?

did you transfer the credit to the dealer (line 4a would be yes)? if so only 13a and b are to be completed.  see the "no" 13b

Yes, it was transferred to the dealer. Wouldn’t lines 14-17 still need to be completed to ensure that correct credit amount was transferred?

No, the dealer is responsible for handling those numbers since you transferred the credit.
