TurboTax Has Lost a Customer

I have always purchased TurboTax on CD for the last 10 years. This year there was no CD option so I purchased the download version from Sam's Club. When I received my activation key, I found the software installed but would not open. It kept giving me a generic error not stating what the problem was. I NEVER had a problem with any of the CD versions. I have decided to give up on TurboTax. I will try H & R Block for my taxes and those of my relatives whom I do their taxes too. TurboTax you have just lost a 10-year customer. 😩 I have read some of the other posts and I suspect the problem is with Windows 10. In any event, I will use the Desktop version of another tax software.
