I got a W2, some stock sale/dividend related forms, like 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-B. Does this mean I should be able to use Turbotax Free edition for Federal and California state taxes? I do not see 1099 mentioned in the Free edition eligibility. Thanks

No. You will need TurboTax Online Premium, since you have investments/stock sales on 1099-B. You can use any version of the desktop software - higher versions have more guidance. You can use the search tool linked here to see what forms are included with each TurboTax Online version.
If you have stock sales (1099-B) you cannot use the free edition. You need the Premier edition.
