TurboTax does not recognize my order number that i got charged $203 for. I also tried bank charge method. No luck. I need refund, can this get pushed thru?

I was unable to submit my tax return via turbo tax because it kept throwing an error whenever I tried to submit and it kept saying "Transmission Trouble". Ended up using another tax software. I have been trying to file a refund. My order number: TTWC5EC546213752. Refund portal says order is not recognized. So i try entering my card info (EXACTLY as appears on my bank statements AND in TurboTax native app). It still does not recognize the order. This order number and order date of 4/15/2025 is literally recorded in my account, however there is no customer support email to request an refund outside of this portal. It does not make sense that customers need to post public forum posts to escalate the lack of an ability to request a refund, despite a 100% refund guarantee being advertised. Please help address, and I am sure many others have this issue as well. Thank you.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
