Turbotax desktop requiring password to restart program but saying correct password is invalid.

According to a post here, this could be caused by turbotax trying to access my system to verify my previously enrered password and being blocked by my antivirus. I have the ability to allow traffic from a specific ip addess. If someone could please tell me what address Turbotax uses for this inquiry, I could allow it to pass while I am starting turbotax and restore the blockage immediatly.
